About us TH Global Ltd is a holding company with a portfolio of companies globally but without any operational activity. It currently has no employees. TH Global Ltd (Formerly Kvaerner plc) was established as a result of Kvaerner ASA’s acquisition of Trafalgar House in 1996, which formed one of the largest industrial groups in Europe with operations worldwide. Following several major financial restructurings of its parent company, Kvaerner plc was subject to a management buyout in March 2005.
